Contractual conditions

Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to our guests, offering flexibility where possible while protecting our business from last-minute cancellations.

1. Cancellation with Advance Notice

For cancellations made at least 15 days before the check-in date, no penalty will be applied. Any deposit paid will be fully refunded or, upon request, used for a future stay.

2. Cancellation within 14 Days of Check-in

For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the check-in date, a penalty of 30% of the total stay cost will be charged as partial reimbursement.

3. Cancellation within 6 Days of Check-in or No-Show

For cancellations within 6 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of the booked stay will be charged as a penalty.

4. Early Departure

In case of early departure compared to the confirmed booking, the cost of the unused nights will still be charged.

5. How to Cancel

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to the hotel’s official address. The date of receipt of the cancellation by the hotel will be considered valid.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the reservation, whether online, by phone, or via email, the guest fully accepts this cancellation policy and the deposit conditions.
